Wow -- Drupal is a handful. I am currently reading "Front End Drupal: Designing, Theming, Scripting" by Emma Jane Hogbin and Konstantin Kafer so that I can make Drupal sites look nice. I'm also studying PHP, CSS, XHTML and plan to study JavaScript.
Lastly, I am also learning Flash and ActionScript, which will add a lot of pizazz to my website and introduce animation and interactivity.
